Before Placing Your Order

Check product dimensions (Length x Width x Height) to ensure access through doorways, staircases, and lifts.

Any challenges with fitting the product into your space will be considered the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery Process

Since most of our products are handcrafted on order, the dispatch and delivery times differ and are explicitly mentioned in each product details. As a general guideline the dispatch usually happens 4-5 business weeks for table top products and 8-10 business weeks for larger products post order and delivery happens 8-10 business days post dispatch.

Steps to Prepare for Delivery:

Ensure an authorized person is available to receive the delivery.

Delivery executives will coordinate with you using the provided contact number.

Orders are delivered kerbside. The clients are responsible to arrange for the manpower for further movement inside.

Acknowledge receipt upon delivery on our whatsapp number +919990051751. In case of non receipt within 2 hours of delivery, we shall not be responsible.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances may affect delivery timelines.

Orders may be canceled due to non availability of the person supposed to recieve it, incorrect shipping addresses, pin code unavailability, or communal sensitivities (you will be notified if applicable). We shall not be liable for any refund and client shall bear additional delivery charges in such cases.

Delivery executives are responsible only for delivering the order, not for unpacking.

Ensure the product is inspected immediately upon delivery to address any issues promptly. We shall not be responsible for any claim whatsoever if not informed to us within 24 hours of delivery.

In a rare case, if the product is damaged in transit we shall strive our best to replace the product or provide a refund as a secondary option. Since our products are handcrafted or order we do not entertain scenarios such as color or design not up to your taste upon delivery. In any untoward incident of return, the client is responsible to arrange for the shipping of the product back to our warehouse in it's original packed condition.
