Returns

• Returns are accepted only in the rare event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item being delivered.

• Due to the artisanal and natural nature of stone, variations in color, texture, grain, and finish are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.

• Requests for returns must be communicated within 48 hours of delivery.

 
Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth resolution, returned items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition

• Return shipping to be borne by the customer

• Include original packaging and proof of purchase

• Be supported with clear photographs or videos highlighting the concern

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.

Non‑Returnable Items

Refunds

Order Cancellations

• Once crafting has begun, cancellations are respectfully not permitted.
